How do I make a reservation?

How do I know if the room I chose is available?
We have many rooms in each style, so please make your online reservation and we will sort out your reservation. If the style of room you require is not available we will email you with an alternative choice.
Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?
No. All room reservations require a phone call to reception to reconfirm you arrival details.
Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for triple occupancy.
We have children, can we get extra beds in the room?
Please reserve a family room.
Are baby cots available for the rooms?
We have baby cots on request.
Does your room rate include breakfast?
No. Breakfast is ordered from the ala carte menu.
Are taxes included in the room rates?
Yes. There are no hidden charges. Tips are greatly appreciated by all staff.
Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

Do you offer discounts for long term stay?

I have booked a room but I did not receive a confirmation by email?
The most common reason for not getting our confirmation email may be in your spam folder. If you didn't receive your confirmation email after you have made a booking, please check spam before contacting us.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
To cancel your booking, please contact email@example.com
What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 12:00 hrs and check-out is at 10:00 hrs.
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.
Do you provide a service for late check-out?
Late check-out until 18.00 hrs is possible, at a charge of half the room rate. - subject to availability.
Can I check in after office hours- late arrival?
Yes, we have staff on duty 24 hrs. Please note if you are arriving after midnight you must reserve the room from the day before.
How do I get there from the Airport or bus station?
After you have made your reservation you will receive a down loadable map to print out and give to the taxi meter driver.You can use the airport sky rail link.
How do I use the airport rail link?
From the International airport catch the rail link, getting off at Phraya Thai sky train station. Catch a taxi to Shanti Lodge.
Do you have shuttle pick up service from the Airport?
No. The best way is to down load the map off the website and give this to the taxi meter driver.
What is the nearest BTS station to you?
The nearest BTS/MRT station is about 15-20 minutes by car/taxi and is called Pryathai station. The nearest river ferry stop is 5 min walk and is called Tha Tewes.
Is email service available at the hotel?
Guests are able to send and receive email at the Internet cafe or using the free wireless network.
Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
Yes we are affiliated with Turtle Tours.
Do you have special facilities available for the disabled or elderly guests?
Yes, we have a room specially equipped for disabled guests. Dinning in the restaurant is also accessible by a wheelchair.
Can we store our bags?
Yes we have a free storage room for guest.
